If you don't migrate your Mojang account, eventually you won't be able to play on that account anymore. In this case, I would recommend creating a new Microsoft account so you can keep your Mojang account as well! Check out this article for more info msft.it/6017bKVZ9 ^NS

When you submit a ticket to us you get a ticket number! This should be provided in the email that you used to submit the ticket upward. Do you happen to have that? ^TK
