If you’ve switched devices, you can download Java Edition by visiting msft.it/6016bGDl8 and following the instructions for the version you prefer, and then logging in with either your Microsoft or Mojang account. ^FF

Microsoft accounts can only be used to link a single Mojang account. If you have multiple Mojang accounts, then you will need to migrate each one to a different, individual Microsoft account. ^FF

Unfortunately, Mojang doesn't store any info on individual worlds/skins. Those files only exist locally on your computer or device, so we are unable to recover lost Minecraft worlds. Check our FAQ msft.it/6011bGDzx for more info on managing your game data. ^FF
