Unfortunately this sounds like a corruption issue. Fixing corrupt save data is not a service we are able to offer, but if your game is crashing or you think you've found a bug, please check our bug site to see if the issue has already been reported: bit.ly/3AOzbYS. ^FF

If you're eligible for the Vanilla cape, it will show up in your dressing room/skin customization menu. Please be aware that you must have had a license for both Minecraft: Java Edition and Minecraft for Windows on the same Microsoft account before June 6th, 2022. ^FF

It can sometimes take a bit of time before those platforms will push our updates to go live. Unfortunately, there's nothing we would be able to do on our end since the release time is based on the individual platform. ^FF

Can you let us know what troubleshooting steps you've already tried? You may need to try waiting 30 minutes before logging in again & be sure to check for any new game or device updates, as these may contain important fixes for your game. Let us know what else you've tried! ^FF

Unfortunately no, you'll need to turn off experimental features in order to access realms. ^FF
