Can you try restarting your router and switching over to a hardwire connection to see if this assists? ^TK

Unfortunately, there is no way to get a save of a World back unless it was on a Realm in which you would need to use an old backup of the World. ^TK

If you're talking about the vanilla cape, you're going to have to own the Windows 10 Edition on PC and the Java Edition on PC as well. ^TK
