If you are using a VPN, you may want to disable it, also ensuring that Javascript is enabled, and double-check that the link is typed correctly. ^AM

The capes are coming out in waves and they're taking a bit to make it to everyone as we roll them out throughout the season. Thank you for your patience in the meantime! You can check out our FAQ here for info and updates: bit.ly/3TtwrH4 ^AM

This might be caused by your world if you have big farms or contraptions using command blocks/redstone. You can check by starting a new world, but make sure to download your previous world first. If the new world runs ok, then the previous world is causing the problem. ^FF

Are you using any Marketplace packs on this world, and is this for a single-player or multiplayer world/realm? If using any Marketplace packs, try removing those and see if that helps. If this issue persists, let us know what else you've tried and we'll do our best to help! ^FF

Unfortunately, Mojang doesn't store any info on your worlds; those files only exist locally on your device and we cannot recover lost Minecraft worlds or items. We suggest using the Realms feature to prevent this issue from happening again in the future. ^FF

Can you let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried to address this issue? If you haven't already done so, try power-cycling your router and switch to a hardwire connection instead of WiFi, if possible. If you're still running into this issue, please let us know! ^FF

This error means Minecraft is unable to reach the authentication servers/the connection timed out. Make sure your connection is stable and check that it's configured properly. Try signing out of all Minecraft accounts, restarting the game, then sign back into your account(s). ^FF
