Make sure you have enough memory for save data, you may want to go through and get rid of any old unused data or marketplace items. A fresh uninstall/reinstall may be helpful here. ^AM

There are a couple options, you may want to try loading a backup if you have one, but also make sure to use a hardwired connection if you're on WiFi and checking for updates. Let us know if there's anything else you've tried so we can narrow it down. ^AM

Have you tried manually checking for updates? For Xbox, you can do that by going to "My Apps & Games" > Minecraft > More Options > Manage Game & Add-ons > Updates. Let us know if you still can't update! ^AM

You can disable the Narrator by pressing the Xbox Button and going into Profile & system > Settings > Accessibility > Narrator on/off. Some other methods can be found here: bit.ly/3V3exM6 ^AM
