You may have some luck by trying to load a previous backup and clearing out any unused data such as old worlds, unused marketplace content, or save data. Give it a hard restart and let us know if that helps so we can narrow down the crashing issue. ^AM

Make sure your firewall/antivirus has permissions to read and write save files, and make sure to clear out any unused or old data such as world backups or unused marketplace content from your storage to ensure there is enough room. ^AM

Are you seeing the authentication error when attempting to open the game from the Play Store? Or does that happen when you go to the Microsoft site only? ^AM
