Once a PSN account has been linked to a MS account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original account and will no longer be available on the account. ^AM

Oh no! That sounds pretty frustrating. If you have any texture packs try disabling them and check and make sure you have plenty of storage available, as that can cause a lot of issues with Minecraft on Switch. ^AM

You can install Minecraft on as many devices as you like! You won't be able to play on the same account from multiple computers at the same time, though. ^AM

Unfortunately, we aren't able to restore any items that are lost or despawned. You can try uploading a previous backup of your world from before the issue started happening, to see if the items come back. ^FF
