If you're eligible, it may take some time for the capes to make it to your dressing room. They've been coming out in waves and they'll be sent out throughout the whole season. Thanks for being patient in the meantime! ^BT

I'm betting that it's a corrupt file if you keep having to download them! Sign out of your Microsoft Account, uninstall/reinstall, and let me know if that fixes the issue. ^TK

Have you tried switching over to a hardwire connection to see if that helps? It may be that the connection to the server is being lost. ^TK

Go ahead and log all the way out of your MIcrosoft account, uninstall/reinstall but check to see the firewall/antivirus has given permissions. ^TK

As long as you have not logged into another account on your Playstation you should be fine! However, once an account has been linked you're not able to unlink it. ^TK
