This is usually a sign that you're logging in with the wrong credentials! Go ahead and try any other emails or usernames that you may want to try singing in with those. ^TK

There was an outage yesterday that's been resolved. Since the issue you have been having has been going on for a couple weeks that means there is something interfering to the connection to the Realm. Did you switch to hardwire? ^TK
