That's a great question that I don't have an answer for! I think it all depends what you have on the World, mods, and so on. Unfortunately, we can't fix that or make it less than a gig. I will double check with my tech team though to see why it would be a whole gig. ^TK

We're not able to grant players capes that don't have them in their account. However, if you're signing into the correct Microsoft account that had the capes on it then you should be able to use them still. ^TK

Is this a private server or a Realm? I'm not seeing any wide spread Realm issues taking place at this time. ^TK
