Thanks for providing that screenshot! If you didn't receive a transaction ID after those purchase attempts, it's likely that it failed and the money should be returned within 30 days. If you have any questions as to why it may have failed, you should reach out to your bank. ^BT

You shouldn't have to! Please make sure you're logging in with the correct Gamertag that's linked to your account and you should be able to access your game. If you need help on recovering that information, you may need to reach out to Microsoft Support. ^BT
