It's likely that it was a failed payment and what you're seeing are pending statements. To rule that out though, are you getting an error after purchasing and if so can you grab me that screenshot? ^TK

If you're not able to to join the Realm give it about 24/48 hours to update! If you're still not able to join after that please reach back out to us for assistance. ^TK
