It's likely that it was a failed payment and what you're seeing are pending statements. To rule that out though, are you getting an error after purchasing and if so can you grab me that screenshot? ^TK

The transaction ID is the id provided for the purchase of the game! We don't absolutely need it but it does make the process go much smoother. ^TK
