Could just be some connection issues or file corruption! If this a Realm can you load a backup of the Realm to see if that resolves the issue? ^TK

If you happen have any old marketplace content or worlds you're not using anymore, would you mind removing them from the switch? Sometimes the storage can cause some issues here and can cause these types of issues. ^TK

Do you get an error message at all when attempting to sign in? If so, can you provide a screenshot or a picture of it? ^BT
