Are you able to run the launcher by pressing "play" on the game in the store? If you have a shortcut, please also try running as administrator. Make sure the MS Store, Launcher, and Xbox App are logged in to the same Microsoft account. Let us know if you still see errors! ^AM

It sounds like the migration may not have finished. Log out of Microsoft account and back into the Mojang account to double check. Did you receive an email from Mojang stating your account had been successfully migrated to Microsoft? ^AM

Restarting your console can help push the update along. If power-cycling doesn't help, make sure you have a stable connection by switching to hardwire/ethernet if on WiFi. This is Minecraft for Xbox, correct? ^AM
