Once you are loaded into the Main Menu, you can disable Narrator by going to Settings > Accessibility > Screen Narration > Toggle to "Off" and that should do the trick! Let us know if it persists once switching that off so we can look further into it. ^AM

This usually indicates you are logging in with the wrong Microsoft account or your account wasn't successfully migrated. Do you have a confirmation email from Mojang confirming your account was migrated to a Microsoft account? ^AM

If you have an older Android, make sure your phone has the required specifications and restart your device once you have uninstalled/reinstalled. Is the issue just happening on one world? Does the crash occur across all worlds or saves? ^AM

If you're certain both "create and join clubs" and "join multiplayer games" are set to allow in account settings, make sure antivirus/firewall allow permissions for Minecraft and restart your devices. Let us know if there's any troubleshooting you've tried already! ^AM
