Unfortunately, you'll need to purchase the game for each device you do not have it on yet. Like traditional console games, if you wish to play on a different platform you will have to purchase a new license. ^AM

To ensure a stable connection, refresh your internet connection and switch to hardwire if on WiFi. Restarting your router may also be a good idea. Is the problem happening across all servers or just the one? ^AM

Are you attempting to download the Minecraft Launcher or the Minecraft app directly from the Microsoft Store? Try downloading the Launcher and launching the app from there if you haven't already. Let us know what troubleshooting you've already tried so we can narrow it down! ^AM
