Unfortunately, this is as intended, and we are no longer offering support for legacy console editions. We suggest upgrading to their modern counterpart that runs on the Bedrock codebase and supports cross-platform play with each other. ^AM

Payment issues can be caused by a ton of different things. If a different browser doesn't help, some prepaid debit cards can't be used due to US law. Also, ensure international purchases are permitted. I know waiting's no fun, but also try later and let us know how it goes! ^AM

Is this happening with the Windows Launcher from the Microsoft Store or the older Unified launcher? Which operating system are you running? Let us know what troubleshooting you've tried already so we can narrow it down! ^AM

This looks potentially like a corrupted world. Do you have a backup of your Realm and can you try loading a backup to see if that resolves the issue? Do you have trouble loading chunks across all worlds? ^AM
