Make sure to use an email address that you can access, otherwise the response from Support won't make it back to you! You can just note in the main message of your ticket what the email address is for your Minecraft account. ^FF

If you're having any trouble accessing your account after migrating, remember to use the Microsoft login option with the account that you migrated with, and make sure to remove your old Mojang account from the launcher. See our FAQ: msft.it/6019wK2yF. ^FF
