It's possible the World does not have the same permissions for all players. Have your friend check the World settings to see if there are any adjustments that might help. ^NS

All Marketplace content is tied to the account it was purchased on, and is non-transferrable. If you need a world template or other content on a second account, unfortunately you will need to purchase it again. ^NS
