It's a bit confusing, but 1.18.10 is actually the latest update, and 1.18.2 was the previous version. Make sure everyone you're playing with has the latest update! ^NS

There was a game update recently, which can cause that error message. Make sure everyone has updated their game, especially the Realm owner. ^NS

You'll need to migrate each Java Edition profile to a different Microsoft account. However, you don't need to migrate to the same email! You can migrate one to your existing Microsoft account, and migrate the other to a Microsoft account under a totally different email. ^NS
