If you submitted a ticket you should see a ticket number sent to your email. I suggest sending another one in this case if you didn't get a ticket nuber. ^TK

Hm, that first issue may be a bug. Please search our bug tracker for a matching report: msft.it/6014w6bhp. For the Wither, this sounds like how the fight is supposed to go. If it's taxing on your device, I would first recommend adjusting your settings for performance! ^NS

Since you've migrated, the old password reset won't work. Make sure to select "Microsoft Login" in the launcher, and click "Forgot password" from that screen instead. Or, check out this Microsoft article for other methods: msft.it/6014w6bSw ^NS
