For your first issue, check your Audio settings in-game and make sure "Jukebox/Note Blocks" is turned up. For your second issue, I don't think I fully understand the issue. Can you explain a bit more about when this lag happens? ^NS

If you purchased the Bedrock version, then you purchased through the Microsoft Store! If that's the case, you can redownload the game from the Store as well. Make sure to log in with the same Microsoft account used to buy the game. ^NS

Make sure that JavaScript is enabled and that you are not blocking JavaScript for google domains. Also, try clearing your browser cache/cookies, or using a private browsing window. You should also disable any VPNs you may have running. Let us know if this issue persists! ^FF
