Unfortunately we don't have a system like that set up. However, emails from Support come from a different domain than our system emails, which should help! For example, password resets would come from noreply@mojang, but Support emails would come from @minecrafthelp.zendesk ^NS
Newer accounts like this one are connected to Microsoft accounts. Please use the "Microsoft Login" option in the launcher with any emails you may have used during purchase. Please check out this article if you need help locating the right email: msft.it/6010Z70BK ^NS
