Realms are linked to accounts, make sure you're logged in with the right account to access those. Individual worlds are locally saved though; check out this article for more information about backing up and recovering those: msft.it/6017ZfikW ^NS

Migrator capes are only available for Mojang accounts that have migrated to Microsoft. New accounts (created after Dec 1, 2020) started out as Microsoft accounts and are not eligible for the Migrator cape. ^NS
