If you have a Legacy account, you can log in with your username and password. For Mojang and Microsoft accounts though, you will need to recover the email in order to sign in. See msft.it/6015ZsYy1 to find out which account type you have! ^NS

To delete Marketplace content, try going to Settings in the game and then click on Storage (under the General tab). Here you should be able to click on the individual downloaded content and choose to delete it. ^FF
