Sorry to hear those password resets aren't arriving! First, try requesting them from a different browser and checking your junk/spam folder. Also, make sure your email is not blocking or filtering emails from noreply@mojang.com. ^NS

Some private or community run servers aren't currently set up for Microsoft logins. Unfortunately these are out of our control, so you'll need to reach out to the server admins for more information. ^NS

Migrator capes are only available to players who purchased the game before Dec 1st, 2020, and have migrated to a Microsoft account. If you purchased the game after this date, unfortunately you aren't eligible for the cape. ^NS
