Migration capes are only available to players who purchased Java Edition before Dec 1, 2020 and have since migrated to Microsoft. If you purchased after this date, unfortunately you're not eligible for a cape. See msft.it/6011ZVVtz for more info. ^NS

If you fully delete your Minecraft account, all the data we have collected is deleted. Third party services such as servers or NameMC should be deleted after a bit. We don't have control of this though, so please reach out to the site or server admin if needed. ^NS

When you submit a ticket, make sure the "Your Email Address" field has your current address. You can enter your old address in the "Java Account Email" field. ^NS
