If you didn't receive a transaction ID, this likely means the payment failed. Sometimes banks will display the charge temporarily, but failed payments should disappear within a few days. ^NS

The Migration cape is only for players who migrated from a Mojang account to a Microsoft account. Accounts created after Dec 1 2020 started out as Microsoft accounts, so unfortunately these aren't eligible for the cape. ^NS

If you're only seeing the demo mode, this usually means you're not logged in with the right account. Please try logging out and logging back in with a different Microsoft account! ^NS

When you first open Minecraft, please allow the game to load for at least a full 1-2 minutes; you should be automatically logged in to your Microsoft account. If you still aren't logged in after 5 minutes, try restarting Minecraft. ^NS
