We can definitely look into that. Are you seeing any particular errors when you try opening the launcher? And just in case, keep in mind that Chromebook devices aren't compatible with Java Edition. ^NS

Apologies for any confusion! Mojang accounts are actually only used for Java Edition. Bedrock accounts (and newer Java accounts) all use Microsoft accounts. ^NS
