If you didn't receive a confirmation email, this typically means the charge didn't go through on our end. Sometimes the charge will show up in your bank temporarily, but that will usually disappear in a few days. Check out this FAQ for more info: msft.it/6011kNoKd ^NS

There are a few different things that could be causing this. First, please make sure you're selecting "Microsoft Login" in the launcher ("Mojang Login" is just for older accounts), and check that you're logged in with the same account you used to buy the game. ^NS
