If the Realm doesn't seem to be in the correct version, the owner may need to manually update their game and try opening the Realm again. If you're still running into trouble, do let us know! ^NS

Unfortunately the Switch version goes entirely through Nintendo, or through the retailers selling the cartridges. I would recommend reaching out to one of those two to see if anything can be done in this case. ^NS
