If this is a world you had before 1.18, you'll need to explore new chunks in order to get new world generation. If this is a new world, you might just be unlucky so far. Keep exploring and I'm sure you'll find some cool mountains! ^NS

Mojang does not store any information regarding individual worlds, meaning that those files only exist locally on your computer or device. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to recover lost Minecraft worlds or skins. I'm sorry we're not able to help out with this. ^NS

No worries, you can still log in and play! Under the "Log in" button in your screenshot, press "Go back" and then select the Microsoft Login option. Then just log in with the account you migrated to. ^NS
