It can sometimes take a day or so for the cape to appear after migrating. If it's still missing, try selecting the "Skins" tab in the launcher & select the “+” icon for “New Skin”. You should see the “Capes” section at the bottom. Let us know if it's still missing! ^FF

Migration capes are only available for Mojang accounts that were created prior to December 2020 and have migrated to a Microsoft account. Any accounts created after that time are already linked with Microsoft, and are not eligible for a Migrator cape. ^FF
