I'm really sorry to hear about that error. Unfortunately Support is separate from the development team, so this isn't something we're able to help with directly. Please upvote this on the bug site if you haven't already, and comment with any new information you have. ^NS
Unfortunately, once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither can be associated with a different account. We have some more information here msft.it/6014kieto. I do apologize for the inconvenience, but I hope this gives you some helpful info. ^NS

If you log in with your username, you likely have a Legacy account. Unfortunately they have a couple of restrictions at the moment--they can't log in to the website or play on Realms. That will be resolved once Legacy accounts are migrated, which is coming soon! ^NS
