Turn off Multiplayer in the Level settings prior to loading any account that is not PlayStation® Plus-enabled and before attempting to join in split-screen play. This should resove your issue! ^NS

Now that you've migrated, you won't be able to use the Mojang "reset password" option. Try clicking "Forgot password" from the Microsoft login screen, or see this article for instructions: msft.it/6013kiwqU ^NS

Unfortunately, Legacy accounts currently can't join Realms. Soon we'll be able to migrate Legacy accounts to Microsoft though, and at that point you can join Realms! Keep an eye on our FAQ, we'll update this once Legacy migration is available. msft.it/6017kiwk5 ^NS
