This usually means that you're signing in with an account that doesn't contain a copy of Minecraft. Check out our FAQ to learn more: msft.it/6014wswq6. If you still need help, then please reach out to Support to keep your info secure: msft.it/6015wswqB. ^FF

For the Drowned error code: please fully close Minecraft, reset your device, and try loggging in again. You may also need to check the settings of your Microsoft account to enable multiplayer access. More info on how to do this can be found here: msft.it/6011wsw9Z ^FF

Sorry to hear that! Can you send us a screenshot of the error message(s) you're seeing when trying to install the launcher? We can try to narrow down the cause once we have that info. ^FF

Apologies for any confusion! The folks you were talking to are not a part of the official support team, but are other gamers who are there to answer general questions. I am sorry they didn't escalate you in that case, but please try again so that we can help out! ^NS

It sounds like you may have a Legacy account, so you might need to log in a bit differently. Please try logging in with your username and password, instead of your email! ^NS

Usually when this happens it means you're logged in with the wrong account. Please try logging in with any other accounts you used for the purchase or migration. Check this Microsoft article for some tips! msft.it/6011ZtUTL ^NS

Please reply to the ticket to let them know you've tried those steps! The agent will be able to do more thorough troubleshooting over a ticket than we can via Twitter. ^NS

You may need to go into the "Switch Control" menu and adjust settings there to make sure all the keys are bound properly. Unfortunately we're not able to offer support for the iPad itself, so I would recommend reaching out to the community for suggestions! ^NS

That's definitely odd, thanks for trying all those troubleshooting steps! I'm glad things seem to be working now. If this does happen again, feel free to send us a ticket at msft.it/6016wsD3M so that our Tech team can investigate. ^NS

Migration is mandatory to continue playing Minecraft: Java Edition. If you have been notified that it's your turn to migrate your account and you choose not to, you will not be able to play Minecraft until you have successfully migrated. See our FAQ: msft.it/6017wSUmW. ^FF

If you're having any trouble accessing the full game after migrating your account, remember to use the Microsoft login option with the account that you migrated with, and make sure to remove your old Mojang account from the launcher. See our FAQ: msft.it/6012wSUr2. ^FF
