Unfortunately each Microsoft account can only have a single copy of Java Edition. If you have two different Java profiles, you'll need to link each one to a separate Microsoft account. ^NS

Open the game settings, go to Controls > Keyboard & Mouse, and make sure "Full Keyboard Gameplay" is switched on. Give that a shot first, and if you're still having trouble, you might have to adjust some settings on your iPad. (Try Accessibility > Switch Control to start.) ^NS
