It should be a 7 digit number (i.e. 3456789). If you're not seeing it, then we may not have received your request. Make sure that you're completing the form at msft.it/6019wSW7l and using an email that you have access to, otherwise our replies won't get back to you. ^FF

The Migrator capes are only available for players who purchased the game before December 1, 2020. Even if you had a Mojang account, if you didn't purchase the game before that date, you won't be eligible for the cape. ^NS

Blank Mojang accounts can't be migrated, since there is no Java profile to migrate. Thankfully this means you don't need to take any extra steps to migrate! ^NS
