It sounds like you might still have a Mojang account that has not been migrated. In the launcher, try logging in using the "Mojang Login" option. ^NS

As a first step, please double check that you're not in flying mode. Double tap the jump button when you're a little off the ground: if you're in flying mode, you should fall back down to the ground and be able to walk around normally. ^NS
Unfortunately a Minecraft license cannot be transferred to a different Microsoft account. For your case, look into getting a Microsoft child account, and adding it to a family group. Check out this article for more information: msft.it/6016wicgw ^NS
