Unfortunately, Paypal is no longer accepted on the Minecraft website as noted here: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… As an alternative, you could purchase a prepaid code for Minecraft Java from an in-store or online retailer like Amazon. I hope this helps! ^SA

Because Minecraft for Playstation is a separate game and account system from Minecraft for Windows 10 and Minecraft Java, it is not possible to play Minecraft on a PC with a Playstation Network account. ^SA
