While this is most likely a temporary issue, please try restarting your game client and your computer/console and try signing into your Microsoft (Xbox Live) Account again. If this does not work, please try again after a few hours time. I hope this helps! ^SA

Please try logging out and back into the Xbox Live (Microsoft) account tied to your son's console, as well as closing/re-opening the Minecraft application in your settings. You can get more help with Minecraft for Xbox here beta.support.xbox.com/contac… ^SA

The Minecraft Dungeons Beta is separate from pre-ordering the game. We've notified players who were randomly chosen from beta participant signups via e-mail and provided access, and won't be adding more participants to the beta at this time. ^SA
