If you want to use the same version of Minecraft on the same gaming platform then you will only need to remember your login information. This will allow you to access the copy of the game you already bought and download again if you need to :).

Java Edition and Bedrock Edition (Windows 10) are two different versions and each require their own purchase to play. If you would like to purchase Java edition to play you can do so on minecraft.net.^SC
