Because the PC and Nintendo Switch versions are separate games, Minecraft Bedrock Edition cannot be transferred between accounts. If you need to request a refund for Windows 10 Edition, please contact Xbox Player Support here beta.support.xbox.com/contac… ^SA

Please try restarting your Minecraft application, as well as logging out and back in to your Microsoft Accounts in-game. Additionally, you may log into your Microsoft Live account separately, or download and log into your Microsoft Account in the Xbox Live app. ^SA
