Hi there! Because Minecraft for Nintendo Switch is console-specific, you'll need to purchase Minecraft for Windows 10 to play it on PC. Also, Minecraft Java Edition is not compatible with cross-play, so you may want to get Windows 10 (Bedrock) Edition. ^SA

Minecraft Bedrock Edition, separate from Java Edition does not have the capability to play on unreleased snapshots, but if you've opted into the Beta previously you'll need to opt out first to play online. You can see more about this here: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^SA

I'm sorry for the continued trouble. It's most likely that this is a temporary issue and will resolve with time, but unfortunately we're not able to troubleshoot payment issues here. We'd recommend trying to make the authorization on a different device, or private tab....

Because Minecraft for Windows 10 works with your Microsoft/Xbox Live account, downloading the Xbox app to your PC from the Microsoft Store and restarting Minecraft could fix the issue. If this doesn't work, please try restarting the game application. ^SA

Because parental consent is required to access Realms, it's possible your friend's account needs consent first. You might try restarting your Realm however as this can help with issues when new players join. I hope this helps! ^SA
