If you've purchased Minecraft Windows 10 Edition, please be sure you've synced your Microsoft (Xbox Live) Account in the game settings for online play. If you've purchased Java Edition, please try signing out and into your Mojang account in the game launcher. ^SA

It's possible there is no correlation, but it's worth a try to see if it has any impact. Please also try force-closing the Minecraft app on your Nintendo Switch as well, and you can reach Nintendo Support for more questions here nintendo.co.jp/support/inqui… ^SA

While this is most likely a temporary issue, please try restarting your game client and your computer/console and try signing into your Microsoft (Xbox Live) Account again. If this does not work, please try again after a few hours time. I hope this helps! ^SA

If you haven't received a Transaction ID, this means the resulting charge is a pending authorization and we will not have the capability to refund it. We recommend speaking with your bank to resolve any pending authorizations. ^SA

When an order for Minecraft fails, the resulting authorization can appear as a charge in your bank statement, but will automatically refund within 7-10 business days in most cases. For resolving these pending authorizations, we recommend contacting your bank. ^SA
