Because the Chromebook runs an Android operating system and not Windows, Minecraft Java Edition will not work on a Chromebook. You can find some more information here: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^SA

We are running a beta right now but access is extremely limited. We have notified all players who were randomly chosen from beta participant signups via e-mail and provided access, and will not be adding any more participants to the beta at this time.

@Benji_Foxy Minecraft Dungeons is directly tied to your Microsoft Digital Store account, as of right now the only way to purchase the game is through the Microsoft Digital Store :c.

Hi there! Currently, Minecraft Bedrock Edition (Windows 10, Xbox, iOS/Android, PS4, Nintendo Switch) and Minecraft Java Edition (PC) are not able to cross-play. I hope this helps! ^SA
