Some payment methods, like pre-paid credit cards will not work on the Minecraft website. You'll initially receive a pending charge which is finalized when you receive an email containing your Transaction ID. For more information visit: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^SA

Unfortunately, the Minecraft Realms service has not yet launched for PS4, meaning Minecraft for PS4 is not yet multiplayer-compatible with the Xbox version of Minecraft. You can find some more information here: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^SA
