According to this help article it's impossible to unlink a Microsoft account from a PSN account without losing Marketplace entitlements: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… We wish we could estimate when these updates may release but unfortunately we are unable to do so. ^SA

You could try making an update to your Microsoft / Xbox Live account in the Xbox Live app, and this may have an impact on syncing with your PSN account. I hope this helps! ^SA
