@Orthae Some payment methods, like pre-paid credit cards will not work on the Minecraft website. You'll initially receive a pending charge which is finalized when you receive an email containing your Transaction ID. For more information visit: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^SA

Please try logging out and in from your Microsoft (Xbox Live) account, or make an account update (gamertag/password) to your Xbox Live account from the Xbox Live app. I hope this helps! ^SA

You can change your username once every 30 days from the account settings link here: account.mojang.com/me/settin… Please note we're unable to make exceptions on the 30 day grace period. I hope this helps! ^SA

Every console version of Minecraft falls under the Minecraft Bedrock Edition category, meaning you'll sync each device with your Microsoft (Xbox Live) account when playing. I hope this helps! ^SA

Please note that Minecraft Pocket Edition and Windows 10 Edition are two separate games, but both use your Microsoft Xbox Live account. Because they're separate games, you'll need to purchase a copy of Minecraft for Windows 10 with your Microsoft account. ^SA
